PRIVATE RIDE AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Cool Tours provides private ride shuttle services (not shared rides) to/from Houston airports or adjacent hotels and any Galveston destinations – Island Hotels, the Galveston Cruise Terminal, residences, etc. Private rides mean NO WAITING! We will be waiting for you when your flight arrives and within 15 minutes of debarkation from the cruise ships. Airport shuttles are only available for flights arriving or departing between the hours of 8:00 am and 10:00 pm and require a 24-hour advance notice.
Due to the uncertainty of debarkation times from the cruise terminal, the following policy applies to pickups from the cruise terminal. When making your reservation, you will be asked to declare your intended debarkation time. This will be the EARLIEST time that we will schedule for a driver to pick you up. If your actual debarkation is more than ONE HOUR LATER than the scheduled time, you will incur a $30/hr wait fee, billed in 15 minute increments. If the ship is late in docking, exceptions may be made to this policy.
Note for Galveston Cruise Terminal transfers: There is an additional $30 fee per vehicle for each pickup and drop-off at the Galveston Cruise Terminal. This fee is imposed by the cruise terminal.
